
Context:
ICICI Bank has over 60M users, with transactions of over ₹11 Trillion per year and over 400 services offered digitally. The bank wanted to bring their mobile and web experience in line with modern banking and fintech standards, easing usage while retaining habits built over years of use.
My role:
UX, visual design, prototyping and maintaining the design system for the revamped mobile app and retail banking web portal.
Setting up processes for developer handoffs and ensuring design and interaction fidelity.
Strategising feature improvements, planning projects and ensuring alignment with product and business stakeholders from ICICI.
The impact - iMobile Pay
iMobile Pay is ICICI Bank's flagship mobile app, supporting payments, application, servicing and renewal for all of the Bank's account and wealth management offerings.
