Context:
The look and feel of the existing online banking experience was outdated and unable to keep pace with newer fintech players. The intent behind the redesign was creating a new and refreshed design system, improving and enhancing features while streamlining journeys and improving presentation and visiblity of information.
My role:
UX and UI design for the redesign of the mobile app and retail banking web portal.
Setting up processes and ensuring accuracy in developer handoffs.
Strategising feature improvements, planning projects and managing stakeholders from ICICI.

The revamped iMobile Pay app is rated 4.6 and 4.8 on Play Store and App Store respectively.
The revised app saw fund transfer conversions increase by 25%+ and new feature adoption up by 10%.
