Context:
Aditya Birla Capital is an NBFC offering a vast number of financial products and services under their umbrella. They needed a go-to application that would allow users to access all their financial offerings in one place. Additionally, their existing customers also needed a streamlined way to service the products they already held with the company.
My role:
UX and UI design for the design of the mobile app, servicing web portal, and B2B tools used internally by relationship management teams.
Primary POC for product/ business and design stakeholders from ABC, driving feature enhancements, product strategy and project planning.

The mobile app won the Asian Banking and Fintech Awards 2025 (Indian Mobile App of the year)
The app also achieved a 4.5 rating on the Play Store and App store
